First Look Clips at New Seasons of "Maron" & "Comedy Bang! Bang!" - Premieres May 8 on IFC

Starting May 8, Maron is back speaking his mind and Comedy Bang! Bang!'s Scott and Reggie will be out of their minds. Both shows return for all-new seasons back-to-back at 10:00pm ET/PT and 10:30pm ET/PT on IFC. Today IFC released first look clips from both show's premiere episodes:

Created by comedian, writer and podcaster Marc Maron, Maron brings his world of problems, attempts at redemption and brood of cats back to IFC for a second season. For the season opener, Marc's manager books him on an episode of Talking Dead where he is left to defend himself against host Chris Hardwick and nemesis comedian Michael Ian Black. Will they be able to bury the hatchet or will Marc be left wondering if this was just another bad idea?

Host Scott Aukerman and Reggie Watts return for a third season of the unconventionally entertaining scripted late night talk show, ComedyBang! Bang!. Scott resumes his role as host to A-list celebrities partaking in random lines of questioning, surreal filmed shorts, absurd character cameos and Reggie's signature musical stylings. In this season's premiere episode, Scott Aukerman and Patton Oswalt geek out when they realize they're up for the same role in the latest installment of the Star Wars movies, but are left wondering if it's worth being that excited about it.
